ASEP Tuition & Billing Information

2026–2027 School Year — Please review all tuition, billing, and payment policies carefully.

Tuition Contracts

All tuition-paying families must complete a Tuition Contract via DocuSign.

  • Page 1: Legal agreement authorizing ASEP to invoice
  • Page 2: Recurring Payment Form (auto-pay option)

A new contract is required for any program change. Delays may result in billing errors and additional fees.

Invoices & Payment Schedule

  • Invoices sent on the 25th of each month
  • 10-day grace period
  • Payment due by the 5th of service month

Late Fee: $25 per missed or late payment (continues monthly if unpaid)

Program Drop Policy

$25 drop fee applies when withdrawing from a program.

Notification must be submitted before the 25th to avoid next month charges.

Fees Are Non-Refundable

All tuition is non-refundable and not prorated.

You must notify ASEP via email to stop billing. Without notice, charges will continue.

Important Dates (2026–2027)

  • June 26, 2026: Fall contracts due
  • July 25, 2026: First invoice sent
  • November 2026: Spring contracts issued
  • Dec 1, 2026: Fall auto-pay ends
  • May 1, 2027: Auto-pay ends for school year

*The dates listed above are tentative and may be adjusted. Families will be notified of any updates.

Recurring Payment Deadlines

Submit forms by the 5th of each month.

For enrollment changes, forms must be submitted by the 3rd.

Enrollment Changes

  • Recurring payments will be automatically canceled
  • A new contract + payment form is required

Prorating

ASEP does not prorate tuition.

No adjustments for holidays, absences, or schedule changes.

$25 fee for returned or failed payments.

Part-Time & Discounts

No part-time rates or sibling discounts.

Families may share a slot with another family if desired.

No deductions for absences.

Recurring Payment Plan
Through this service your monthly bill is recurrently charged to your credit card or debited from your checking account on a pre-date every month without you having to do a thing. Please note that ASEP will only be accepting VISA, MASTER CARD, and Discover Cards. We do not accept American Express. If you are interested in the recurring payment plan please email [email protected] and you will receive our application form to begin the process.
