ASEP 2020-2021 TUITION BILLING
Friday, July 30th 2021: ASEP will send out official acceptance notifications via email to all families who submitted their applications by the Friday, July 16th 2021 deadline. On this date, families who pay ASEP Tuition will also receive their Fall 2021 Tuition Contract and Recurring Payment Form.
Tuesday, August 3rd 2021: ASEP Tuition Contracts and Recurring Payment Forms are due. All ASEP families who pay tuition are required to submit a signed Fall 2021 tuition contract to guarantee services on the first day of school on 8/16/21. August 3rd 2021 is ALSO the deadline to submit a Recurring Payment Form to be eligible for the online auto pay option for the September 25th 2021 invoice for September 2021 services (August Invoice must be paid manually online or via check).
August 25th 2021: ASEP will send all tuition paying families the August 2021 invoice. please note this initial invoice will need to be paid manually (online or check) as recurring payments will not begin until September 2021. For any families that submitted their Recurring Payment Form by August 3rd 2021, their first recurring payment will be reflected on the September 25th invoice and their balance will be zero. Invoices will be due upon receipt with a 10-day grace period. Families can pay tuition online (www.asepsf.org) or via check (mail to 2201 Market St. San Francisco, CA.94114).
ASEP is Going Green!
ASEP’s 2021-2022 school year invoices and statements will be sent to families via email. ASEP will use the preferred email families indicated on their child’s 2021-2022 application for all invoice and statement communication. Otherwise, we will default to using the “Parent/Guardian One” listed on your child’s application.
Invoices and Statements
ASEP will send families an invoice on the 25th of each month for payment for the following month. ASEP families will also be send statements with outstanding balances on the 5th of each month. For all programs, your after school care costs are divided equally across all 10 months of the school year. Thus, we do not prorate for shorter months, holidays or when program is extended due to early release week.
Tuition Contracts and Payment Due Dates
Payment is due upon receipt of invoices on the 25th of the month for care provided the following month. The first month’s tuition plus a non-refundable $50 application fee are due before your child may start at ASEP. Along with the invoices, tuition contracts will also be sent out via DocuSign to all paying ASEP families. Parents/caregivers who do not qualify for a full tuition scholarship are required to sign and submit a tuition contract to ASEP staff before your child starts in ASEP programming for the 19- 20 school year.
Recurring Payment Plans & Contracts
Paying families also have an option to sign up for monthly recurring payments on the second page of the tuition contract. Paying families are required submit recurring payment forms by 5th of each month for the following month to be eligible online recurring payments and have that payment reflected on their upcoming invoice.
Reduced Tuition Option
If the tuition increase is a hardship, please contact ASEP’s Administrative Team (email@example.com or 415-255-9319) for more information on reduced tuition availability. If available, this reduced tuition price will be standardized. And, financial information and additional forms will be required for qualification.
As mentioned above, families will have a chance to sign up for recurring payment plans when signing their Fall 2019 tuition contract. Otherwise, families have the following options to pay their monthly tuition bill or their $50 application fee:
A $25.00 late fee is assessed on payments received after a 10 day grace period for invoices sent on the 25th of each month. Successive $25 late fees will be applied to each subsequent payment that is missed. For example, if you do not pay for two consecutive months in a row you will be billed $50 ($25 * 2 months). Missing three or more payments may result in your child being removed from the program.
There is a $25 charge for returned checks or payments that are not successful due to insufficient funds or because you entered an incorrect or invalid account number.
Please note that there is a $25 fee if you choose to drop or transfer out of a club/s. Please contact the Program Director (Ramiro@asepsf.org) in the event that you would like to transfer your child from any of ASEP’s clubs. All families should notify the Program Director of any transfer or drop requests before the monthly billing cycle (the 25th of each month) or they will be charged for the following month’s tuition.
Please give us two weeks notice by letter or email if your child will no longer be attending ASEP. In the event that you choose to remove your child out of ASEP, please contact the Program Director for your site to inform them of your decision. If you fail to notify us by letter or email that you are removing your child from ASEP you are still responsible for any tuition up until the point that we receive official notification.
Fees are non-refundable – you will not be reimbursed or prorated if you decide to withdraw from any ASEP program after payment is made for the month.
We apologize but, in general, we do not have part-time rates available. On the other hand, you are free to share a slot with another family that would like part time care. If you are interested in sharing the cost of program days please contact ASEP’s Administrative Team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Because our expenses remain constant, there will be no deduction for days when your child is unable to attend.

Recurring Payment Plan
ASEP is excited to announce our recurring payment service. Through this service your monthly bill is recurrently charged to your credit card or debited from your checking account on a pre-date every month without you having to do a thing. Please note that ASEP will only be accepting VISA, MASTER CARD, and Discover Cards. We do not accept American Express.
