ASEP 2022-2023 TUITION BILLING 

All paying families MUST complete a Tuition Contract with ASEP. Tuition Contracts will be issued though a DocuSign email to parent/guardians.
  • Page 1 of the Tuition Contract is a legal agreement that establishes ASEP's right to invoice paying families.
  • Page 2 of the Tuition Contact is the Recurring Payment Form through which families can opt for monthly auto payments.
  • A new Tuition Contract is issued and must be completed by the family, every time there is a change to a student's program enrollment (i.e change from one club to another). A delay in submitting a tuition contract will result in tuition amount errors and extra fees.
Invoices, Payment Schedule, Late Fees & Drop Policy
  • Invoices go out the 25th of the month for the upcoming month’s services. There is a 10 day grace period to pay invoices on time.
  • Payment is due on the 5th of the "service month" after receipt of invoices.
  • A $25.00 late will be charged for missed payments or payments made after the 5th of the service month. Successive $25 late fees will beapplied to each subsequent payment that is missed.
  • There is a $25 Program Drop fee if you choose to drop out of program. For program drops, please contact ASEP Program Director ([email protected]) before the monthly billing cycle (the 25th of each month for the following months services). Delayed notification may result being charged for the following month’s tuition. 
Fees are Non-Refundable
  • You will not be reimbursed or prorated if you decide to withdraw from any ASEP program after payment is made for the month. 
  • You must provide a written notice by email if your child will no longer be attending ASEP. In the event that you choose to remove your child out of ASEP, please contact the Program Director ([email protected]). If you fail to notify us by email that you are removing your child from ASEP you will  still be responsible for any tuition up until the point that we receive official notification.
Important Dates for the 22-23 School Year
June 27th 2022 - Fall '22 Tuition Contracts are due on this date and Recurring Payment MUST be submitted in order to establish auto pay for August - December 2022 services.

July 25th 2022: ASEP will send all tuition paying families the August 2022 invoice. Families can pay tuition online (www.asepsf.org) or viacheck (mail to 2201 Market St. San Francisco, CA 94114). For families that submitted their Recurring Payment by June 27th, their invoice amount will be $0 due. Recurring Payment forms must be submitted by the 5th of each month to be eligible for online recurring payments

December 1st 2022 – Fall subscriptions of auto pay will be cancelled – NEW Tuition Contract and Recurring Payment form will be issuedin November 2022 for the Spring '23 semester.

Requests for recurring payment plans must be signed and submitted by the 5th of each month to apply for the invoice sent on the 25th of each month. Please note that all Recurring Payment Plans for the 22-23 school year will be canceled on May 1st 2023 unless otherwise stated.

Enrollment Changes
If your child's enrollment changes in ASEP (along with the monthly tuition price) your recurring payment plan will automatically be canceled and a new recurring payment form will be sent to your family.
ASEP must receive the updated recurring payment form by the 3rd of each month to provide enough time for your recurring payment plan to be updated and have that payment reflected on the current months invoice
Prorating
For all programs, your after school care costs are divided equally across all 10 months of the school year. Thus, we do not prorate for shorter months, holidays or when program is extended due to early release week.
Reduced Tuition Option
If the tuition payment is a hardship, please contact ASEP’s Administrative Team ([email protected] or 415-255-9319) for more information on reduced tuition availability. If available, this reduced tuition price will be standardized. And, financial information and additional forms will be required for qualification.
Payment Options
As mentioned above, families will have a chance to sign up for recurring payment plans when signing their Fall 2022 tuition contract. Otherwise, families have the following options to pay their monthly tuition bill or their $50 application fee: There is a $25 charge for returned checks or payments that are not successful due to insufficient funds or because you entered an incorrect or invalid account number.
Part-time or  Discounts
We apologize but, in general, we do not have part-time rates available or sibling discounts. On the other hand, you are free to share a slot with another family that would like part time care. If you are interested in sharing the cost of program days please contact ASEP’s Administrative Team at [email protected].
Because our expenses remain constant, there will be no deduction for days when your child is unable to attend.

Recurring Payment Plan
Through this service your monthly bill is recurrently charged to your credit card or debited from your checking account on a pre-date every month without you having to do a thing. Please note that ASEP will only be accepting VISA, MASTER CARD, and Discover Cards. We do not accept American Express.
